Ingredients:
For the Chickpeas:
- 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted very dry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
For the Labneh Dip:
- 1 cup labneh (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a baking sheet, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, Everything Bagel Seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Roast for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway, until crispy. Let cool.
- While the chickpeas roast, make the dip. Combine labneh, lemon juice, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Serve the cooled chickpeas with the labneh dip on the side.
